How can I earn PWN credits to order swag?
Participating programs hand out PWN credits as part of their bug bounty programme. You collect them by submitting valid vulnerability reports, taking part in promotions, staying active on the platform, and filling in engagement surveys.
Do I have to pay for shipping costs?
No, shipping is free on all items.
Do I have to pay import fees?
We partner with local fulfillment centers in Europe and North America to minimise customs charges. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be free from import duties or taxes. Fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Any additional taxes or import fees are to be paid by the recipient and cannot be reimbursed unless otherwise stated. For the most accurate information, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Can I return a swag package?
After a swag claim has been fulfilled, it is not possible to return it, or get PWN credits refunded.
Can I change the delivery address?
